Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form. They may vary depending on the quantity of products shipped and the place of destination of the products.\nDelivery costs may undergo variations: however, these modifications will not have value for purchase orders issued before the publication of the modifications on the Site.\nOrders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays.\nRosamunda \u2013 Acciugha S.r.l. Unipersonale is not responsible for non-compliance or unforeseeable delays in the execution of the order in the event that such non-compliance or delays are caused by impediments such as work interruptions, trade union unrest, suspension of transport and any other cause that may constitute an impediment. due due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following that on which the Customer sent the order to Rosamunda \u2013 Acciugha S.r.l.
